Our Promise to You

Premium Quality Cutouts, Exceptional Service & Fair Pricing

Customer Service

We keep our customers informed throughout the ordering process and are always available to answer any questions. We take our promises seriously which is why delivering when we say we will is so important to us.

Competitive Price

We keep things simple here at The Cardboard Cutout Company. We do one thing and we do it well. That’s how we keep our prices down. We regularly benchmark against our competitors and are confident that no one can deliver products of our quality at a lower price.

Quality

We use high-end materials, state-of-the-art printers and precise cutting techniques to produce your cutout. The only corners we cut are made of cardboard!

Accuracy

Unlike many of our competitors, we cut along the actual outline of your picture, no matter how intricate. Others may leave white space between, for example, the fingers of a hand which produces an inferior effect. We will always take the time to make sure your picture truly and accurately stands out from the background.

Artwork Guide and FAQs

What quality of image should I send?

The bigger the better! Use a digital camera or smartphone capable of taking good-quality photos. Whatever you’re sending us, try to make sure the image size is in excess of 1MB. Check carefully any images pulled from social media as such pictures are likely to be of low quality. Make sure that the picture is in clear focus. Here’s a tip: Open the image on your computer, zoom in until the subject’s face fills your screen. Is the image still clear and crisp? If so, you’re good to go. REMEMBER, WE CAN ONLY PRODUCE A CUTOUT AT THE SAME QUALITY AS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE! If the original picture quality is poor, the cutout quality will be poor.

Should I crop my image?

That will help us. Oh and lighter backgrounds work best.
Don’t worry, if we think there is a problem with your image, we’ll be in touch before progressing your order.

What’s the maximum height of a cutout?

The tallest we can produce is six feet (182cm).

What kind of cardboard cutouts can I request?

If you have a picture of it, we can produce it. We’re not fussy – or shy!

Can I add a message/speech bubble to my cutout?

Of course. When you upload your image, just type your text into the “Speech Bubble” box and we’ll include with your purchase.
